Dear Mr. Smit,

We want to inform you after everything that has happened to us in Prijedor, also RŽR Ljubija, today in your company there are still no Bosniaks or Croats working, however, you are surely informed about this. The motive for this letter is the latest appications, where you are currently recruiting workers for the main Omarska site. Althrough Croats and Bosniaks had lost their hope of being employed in your company, we insisteed that some of them stilla applied because a lot of people of all nationalities had worked here before war. The jury has employed many workers, however within this only two Bosniaks and one Croat. This does no agree with the Constitution and Law and shows that national discrimination is still present. I would like to contact you and talk about this subject because I doubt that this is the political view of your company.
